These terms govern retail and wholesale use of the OLIVORA platform. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and server-side price verification. OLIVORA may contact you if an item becomes unavailable before dispatch.
Pricing and promotions
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Use OLIVORA15 for 15% off your first order's product subtotal, excluding delivery, with no minimum spend or stated expiry. Guest checkout is welcome. Any previous order linked to your email, phone or signed-in account makes you ineligible, including cancelled orders. The offer cannot be combined with another code. Alternatively, GHONEIM007 gives 50 EGP off products of at least 1,000 EGP. Delivery costs 50 EGP in Sharqia and 75 EGP in all other governorates. The previous FREESHIP1300 campaign has ended.
Delivery
Our team confirms the estimated delivery date for your address after reviewing stock and courier availability. Customers must provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number.
Payments
Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery are currently available. Online card and digital-wallet payments are not currently offered, and the website will not charge you online.
Cancellations
To request cancellation, contact OLIVORA as soon as possible with the order number. Orders can normally be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation depends on courier status and any costs already incurred.
Returns and product concerns
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or materially different from the order, contact OLIVORA promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed. Return or replacement eligibility is reviewed according to the item's condition, food safety and applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
Refunds
If OLIVORA approves a refund or replacement after review, the available method and expected processing time will be confirmed directly. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply where relevant.
Account responsibilities
Keep your password confidential and notify OLIVORA of suspected unauthorised account activity. Do not misuse the platform or attempt to access restricted areas.
